Yaphet Tilahun, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified and Ivy League-educated colon and rectal surgeon skilled in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Tilahun completed his advanced subspecialty training at Brown University Warren Alpert Medical School. Prior to that time, he was chief resident in general surgery at AdventHealth Orlando, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society. He earned his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts (UM) Medical School in Worcester and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in microbiology from UM Amherst.

Dr. Aguilar is honored to serve the women of Celebration and Kissimmee. She is fluent in English and is a native Spanish speaker. As an educator of medical students and residents, she has been honored with several excellence in teaching awards.

Viviana Casas-Puig, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who specializes in urogynecology and performs vaginal, laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures. She is passionate about individualized care and improving her patients’ quality of life. Dr. Casas-Puig received her medical degree from the Ponce Health Sciences University, completed a research fellowship at the Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health Institute at the Cleveland Clinic and a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Urogynecologic Society.

    Specialized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

    When your pelvic floor muscles are too tight or too weak, they can cause incontinence (loss of bladder control) or even pain. Our board-certified physical therapists have special training in treating bowel and bladder function, pelvic pain, abdominal/organ conditions and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. They use the latest advances in rehabilitative techniques, including computerized biofeedback, and can show you strengthening and relaxation techniques you can do at home.
